Facility was excellent. Breakfast was great. MOST of the staff were amazing. Only had an issue with ONE staff member. Hotel was clean. Beds comfy. Location was perfect for our needs. Housekeeping was wonderful.

The management was exceptional! I was experiencing one of the worst and most painful times of my life and the manager took time out to hear me and comfort me. She showed great compassion toward me and I am very thankful. The breakfast was included and was delicious with many options.

Proximity to family I was visiting and ease of access. Clean. Breakfast was plentiful with options and take out containers. Bed was comfy. Room well oriented and clean.

Bed was super comfy. They explained up front that there was not daily cleaning. I simply asked at the front desk in the morning if I needed garbage changed or extra towels. Not a problem at all. Breakfast was awesome and the training facility that we used within the hotel was great as well.

Very friendly and professional staff. Close to motorway but not noisy in the room. Fast food (Arbys) options available one minute walk away.

Everything. The room and hotel was in great shape. All up to date and clean. Nice breakfast with a lot of variety that changed every day. It does what it does well.

I really like the location... The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was great.... The fitness center was good... I will tell you why I said the fitness center was good instead of excellent later. The air-conditioning was excellent.

Althea was fabulous at handling an error in our reservation (this was NOT the fault of the hotel). She even greeted me by name the next morning at breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good too.
